What I do in case of an emergency and the clinic is closed?
We are happy to see emergencies and help care for our patients while we are at the clinic, but there may come a time that you need emergency care while we are not open. In case of an emergency, there are several emergency clinics that are either 24 hour facilities or they are open the hours we are closed. Several options are listed here, but please try to go to the closest facility to make sure you pet is stable and get them the immediate care that they need. Click the buttons to find out more about these facilities, including their location and contact information.
Do you offer pet insurance?
We do not offer pet insurance through the clinic, but there are many insurance companies that offer insurance directly to you as a pet owner. We would be happy to provide you with the information and documentation that you need to make your claims for your pets.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans through the clinic itself, but we do accept Care Credit. Follow the link below to see if you qualify.
Do you treat exotic animals?
At this time we do not treat exotic animals, only cats and dogs, because we do not have the staff that is trained in doing so. In order to give your exotic pets the best care, we recommend you take them to a veterinary clinic that has the resources to do so safely for your pet to receive optimal care.
